Constructor P90 is one of the most common pallet racking systems in Europe. Constructor P90 has a long model age, and the availability of parts for pallet racks is large.
Constructor P90 pallet racks are manufactured in standard sizes according to EUR and FIN pallet dimensions. The dimensions of the carrier beams or pallet racks are 1200, 2300, and 3400 mm (for FIN pallets) and 950, 1850, 2750, and 3600 mm (for EUR pallets). Special sizes are also available, the most common being 4200 and 4400 mm carrier beams.
The beams of Constructor P90 pallet racks are made of different profiles. The most common profile used to support the beam is the roll-formed I-beam. There are also BOX beams that are made of two combined C-profiles. The load-bearing capacity of horizontal beams varies according to the material’s thickness and the profile’s size. It cannot be directly deduced from the external dimensions. Horizontal beams produced in different factories do not always have precisely the exact dimensions or characteristics.
The most common Constructor P90 beams on the market are 2750 mm and 3600 mm beams for 3 and 4 EUR pallets, respectively.
The most common color for Constructor P90 girders is orange, but other colors are also available. A used Constructor P90 beam can be identified by the manufacturer’s mark and the five angled claws on the handle part of the beam.
It is not necessarily easy to find a used pallet rack beam separately from uprights. Don’t mix products that look the same but are different brands!
